I run three companies simultaneously. Not as an investor. As the operator. Each one started because a real problem needed solving and no one around me was solving it well enough.

·

PT Witanabe Integrasi Indonesia

Industrial engineering company based in Cileungsi, West Java. We specialise in pump systems, fuel polishing, tank cleaning, and custom fabrication. I lead marketing strategy and business development, but I also directed the design and delivery of a 1MW pump installation project, full lifecycle from technical specification through on-site commissioning.

On the technical side, I developed Python-based monitoring tools integrating Modbus RTU protocols (TUF-2000H flowmeter, ADM-4280-C pressure sensor) for real-time industrial data acquisition. These tools are deployed across our operations. The company holds registered trademark IDM001337019.

PT Arsindo Integrasi Pompa

Technical sales and project delivery for industrial pump integration solutions, based in Bekasi. We serve manufacturing, logistics, and utilities sectors across West Java. I manage end-to-end project execution: site surveys, hydraulic system design, equipment procurement, and post-installation commissioning.

PT Hibrkraft Kreasi Indonesia

This is where it started. In 2010, I began binding leather journals by hand. That practice grew into a registered PT with a team of up to 25 staff at operational peak. We provide archival-grade book repair, restoration, and conservation services to institutional clients including EFEO, a Paris-based international research institution, and supplied handcrafted leather journals to the KPK as a retained corporate client.

Under the Hibranwar imprint, I built a self-publishing catalog of 558 unique titles spanning craft, economics, and systems thinking, distributed via Google Play Books in five languages: Indonesian, English, Korean, Japanese, and German.

Why three?

Because each one teaches me something the others cannot. Industrial engineering teaches systems under physical constraints. Book conservation teaches patience and irreversibility. Publishing teaches scale without manufacturing. The intersections are where the best work happens.
