Delivered custom fabrication projects through PT Witanabe for industrial clients requiring bespoke mechanical components and assemblies. The work covered specification interpretation, material selection, and production of custom piping assemblies, mounting structures, and integration hardware for pump and flow measurement installations.

Custom fabrication fills the gap between what equipment manufacturers ship and what a specific site installation requires. Standard pump skids, flow meters, and control panels are designed for general application. The site is never general. Adapting standard equipment to a specific facility layout, existing piping configuration, and operational constraint is where custom fabrication work lives.

The discipline here is in the specification stage. A fabrication that starts from a clear, measured brief gets built right the first time. A fabrication that starts from a sketch and a verbal description gets modified on site, which costs time and material. Getting the specification document right before metal is cut is the same discipline as getting the technical brief right before code is written.
