Directed the design and delivery of a 1MW pump installation project for PT Witanabe Integrasi Indonesia. Full lifecycle management from initial site survey and technical specification through equipment procurement and on-site commissioning.
This project proved that the method transfers across domains. The same discipline that makes a website architecture work, survey before you build, spec before you procure, document before you move on, applies directly to industrial engineering at scale.
What this proved: End-to-end project management for industrial installations requires the same infrastructure mindset as digital work: study the system, build it right, document the result.
