Case Study 0: The Trust Chain. Three Companies as Living Proof
The most honest case study is the one I'm living. Three registered companies, each in a different domain, all operated by one person, all using the same infrastructure method.
PT Witanabe Integrasi Indonesia
Problem: An industrial engineering company in West Java competing against established players with larger sales teams and bigger marketing budgets.
What I built: Full digital presence, website architecture, SEO infrastructure, and B2B content strategy. Python-based monitoring tools integrating Modbus RTU protocols for real-time industrial data acquisition. Registered trademark IDM001337019.
Result: The company's digital infrastructure now generates qualified B2B leads. The monitoring tools are deployed across operations. The website at witanabe.com ranks for industry-specific terms.
PT Arsindo Integrasi Pompa
Problem: A pump integration company needed to reach manufacturing, logistics, and utilities decision-makers across West Java without a field sales team in every city.
What I built: SEO and digital marketing strategies to generate qualified B2B leads. Systematic documentation of capabilities for presentation at industry forums and government audiences.
Result: Arsindo now presents at industry events and captures leads through digital channels that didn't exist before the infrastructure was built.
PT Hibrkraft Kreasi Indonesia
Problem: A handmade leather journal craft practice that needed to scale beyond marketplace dependency and attract institutional clients.
What I built: Brand architecture, institutional pitch materials, and a self-publishing platform. 558 titles across five languages on Google Play Books. Full digital marketing infrastructure including SEO, AI-assisted content pipelines, and multi-platform marketplace presence.
Result: Institutional clients including EFEO (Paris) and KPK. The craft practice grew from a solo operation to a registered PT with up to 25 staff at peak.
More case studies will be added as new client engagements are documented. Each engagement becomes proof for the next.
